At Junk Gents we are both fully Licensed and Insured to conduct any service offered on our website.

What types of rubbish can Junk Gents can remove? We can remove green waste, metal waste and anything in between! We do not remove asbestos.

You can cancel/ reschedule anytime outside a 24 hour prior to the assigned date and time of pickup. If you cancel a pickup within 24 hours of the assigned date only 50% will be refunded. You will be in contact with our customer service team about the refund & a confirmation email confirming the refund will be emailed out.

We only do online Payments using square as our payment processor.

We ethically dispose of all of our rubbish in the most environmental and eco friendly way! We recycle and donate as much as we can.

We unfortunately do not offer a clean up service. We simply remove your garbage and dispose of it!

We do offer curb side pickups! If any of the furniture/rubbish is inside a property someone will need to be present for pickup. However, if your rubbish is left out front in an easily accessible area, no one will need to be present. Please ensure if you are planning on having your rubbish picked up without you being there, all the selected items are clearly visible and in a pile for collection! We will not refund for items you did not leave in an accessible area.

All employees go through a physical strength test prior to joining the Junk Gents team to ensure they are capable of completing day to day tasks. We also provide further training to all employees on proper lifting techniques, hand placement and all of the nitty gritty things when hauling junk.
